Satulah LLC, founded in 2003 as a family Georgia Limited Liability Corporation, was created to hold certain Real Estate properties and to provide management services. Today, it holds part interest in one commercial property as a group partnership, and provides property management services for one or more properties. The held property is a small, 16,000sf, distribution warehouse located in East Point, GA. The property is for sale or lease at this moment.

My roles in this company consist of the broad range of responsibilities required to keep the warehouse in good working order and prepared for occupancy - keeping the accounts and utilities, managing repairmen, engaging municipalities, and coordinating agents and attorneys.

The LLC has also been retained to manage a vacation and rental property in Highlands, North Carolina, with duties similar in nature to the commercial property.

I foresee that this experience has prepared me to grow further into investing in new properties and/or managing and over-seeing other properties as a consultant.
