  • Directly managing projects ranging in cost up to $19m for corporate, studio, broadcasting and infrastructure functions. Working in project teams serving locations in Atlanta, Burbank, Denver, Chicago, Boston and Washington, DC.

  • Direct responsibilities include project discovery, team assemblage and contracting, schedule and cost origination and management, client relations, design leadership, document development and approval, construction administration and billing review.

  • Participated in implementation of Atlanta Consolidation Project.

  • Participating with Time Warner real estate in analyzing existing real-estate holdings for sale and lease.
