My most recent corporate position has been in the role of Director Construction Global for Warner Bros. Discovery.

In 2013, a former client recruited me to join his staff as Director, Construction Global at Turner Properties. Over nearly 10 years I have taken on projects ranging in cost from $40,000 to $20,000,000 while managing Turner’s Global Real Estate construction team. Over the years, Turner was merged into Warner Media, AT+T and now Warner Bros. Discovery.

My duties as Director included not only projects, but client relations, staff management, architectural review and oversight, cost benchmarking and real estate assessment. I am ideally positioned to assist in unique projects involving multiple project types, large client teams and range of spatial functions.

Any on-going consultant project management work would be conducted through the business of Green Woodwrights, LLC.

Techwood Campus, Atlanta GA

In addition to the corporate Project Manager role, I have managed the renovation of a small series of personal residences in Highlands, NC and Atlanta, GA.

Having spent a lifetime of building, assembling, changing, re-building, and generally making things new, I have assembled a decent portfolio of built objects, ranging from fine arts to furniture to renovation and new construction. Some for profit, but all for fun. I don’t know if I will retire from professional projects, but I will never stop building.

Green Woodwrights LLC was originally created as in anticipation of purchasing a subcontracting business. That purchase did not go through, but I have kept the LLC as a business to allow me to work on building commissions and for select patrons.
